How do I sign up?
From our home page choose either
the tab at the top labeled click on the “Employer”If this is your first time
using slpJOB choose the “Registration” button from
the login page. Here you will be able to choose your username
and
password
and fill out your profile
form. You will them be able to use your username and password
to access your area.
How to BUY JOB PLANNING? Buying a Job
New users click “Login” from the top of the home
page, and then click “Registration”. Here you will
choose your username and password and enter your company information
and other info.
- Login with your username and password
- From your Employer
Area click on “BUY
JOB PLANNING”
- Than Select a Plan
you what to have after selecting the plan click on "UPGRADE"
- Than on the "Invoices and Upgrading
Adminstration" Click on "PAY" under currenlty
- Look at your Invoice
to make sure your mailing address and payment amount is right.
Again click
on "PAY"
- On "Billing Infrormation page".
Again Make sure all the details are right and click on "PROCEED"
- You would be forwarded to our online
payment system managed by 2CHECKOUT.com. Here please
enter all your details such as credit card info billing info
etc.
- You would get notification
email by 2CHECKOUT and slpJOB.com about your payment.
- After validation of your payment
usually 12-24 hrs you would able to post a job.
- Your credit card information is never stored in our system.
Its is automatically deleted after each payment for 100% protection.
You can always keep track of # of
jobs your are allowed to post by looking at "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" located
on left hand side below navigatio. TIPS: Always BUY MORE
JOB PLANNING in advance in order to avoid waiting for payment
validation.
How do I Post a
job?
New users click “Employers” from
the top of the home page, and then click “Registration”.
Here you will choose your username and password and enter your company information
and other info.
You have to buy "JOB PLANNING"
in order to "Add a Job". If you don't have any "JOB PLANNING"
in your
account than follow the instruction above "HOW TO BUY A
JOB PLANNING"
- From your employer
area click “Add
a Job”
- Enter the job
post information and your profile details. Click “Post
Job” .
- REMEBER: YOU WON'T ABLE TO POST A JOB if
their are no job posting left in you account.
- You can
always keep track of # of jobs your are allowed to post
by looking at "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" located on left
hand side below navigatio. TIPS: Always BUY MORE JOB PLANNING
in advance in order to avoid waiting for payment validation.
How
do I search Resume?
Get ready to pick
the candidate that is right for your job. You can view a
list of the job seekers that match your job details
by clicking on “Search Resume”.
- "Search Resume " Page: You can keep all
the default. To look at all the resumes.
- "Resume Result " Page: Select a jobseeker by clicking on
their "Name" or "Summary"
- "Resume Detail" Page : Here you can look at thier Skills
Experience location etc. If a jobseeker has uploaded their
resume in WORD, PDF or TEXT format. Then click on "VIEW CONTACT
INFORMATION" to download their resume
- "View Contact Information" Page: Here you can look jobseeker
contact info such as mailing address phone # etc.If a jobseeker
has uploaded their resume in word document you can download
print or email them.
- REMEBER: YOU WON'T ABLE TO VIEW RESUME
if their are no "Resume Viewing"left in you acount.
- You can always keep track of # of
view left by looking at "ACCOUNT
INFORMATION" located on left hand side below navigation
box. TIPS: Always BUY RESUME VIEWING in advance in order
to
avoid waiting for payment validation.
Can I show my company logo?
Yes, click on "MY COMPANY" scroll down and
find "UPLOAD Your Logo File" You can upload your logo in gif
or jpeg format. The size has to be 120*60 pixel. If you can shrink
your logo or having trouble uploading your logo. Contact US and
we would resize and upload your logo.
Can I renew my job post?
Renewing your job post is easy. You will be
notified by email 5 days before your job post expires at which
point you may choose
to follow the link to renew the job post. Or you can chose “Renew” after
the job title from your area and an additional 90 days will be
added and we would charge you for single job posting.
If I fill the position, how do I cancel my job post?
Congratulations on filling the position! To take a job post
off of the list logon to your employer area and hit the “HOME”.
Click on "DELETE" next to the job title.
I
can't view resumes?
Go to "BUY JOB PLANNING". Either
buy a package that you suits your or buy more Resume VIEWING.
(WE HAVE TEMPORARY CLOSE RESUME VIEWING DUE TO SOFTWARE BUG FIXING)
How
do I contact jobseeker?
From your employer area you can use
the “Search Resumes” box
to narrow your candidate search by keyword, location and other
relevant details. To do a wide search, simply click the “Search” button
to see all the job seekers in our database.
Job seekers have a choice to remain anonymous or not. You will
see the qualifications of those that are anonymous, but we hide
their name and contact details. However, you will be able to
contact them by email. Resumes are available to download if the
job seeker has chosen to post it.
You can contact the candidates that posses the qualifications
your company desires by email, snail mail or phone depending
on the information they have supplied. Good luck and get ready
for your new employee!
How do I see the jobs that are posted?
You are able to see all the jobs that are
posted on slpJOB.com without signing up. Nearly every page has
a Search Jobs box or Click on "HOME" on TOP panel.
You can narrow the search by entering keywords or choosing information
form the pull down menus. To see all the jobs that are posted
simply click the search button without entering any information.
How do job seekers find slpJOB.com?
Along with word of mouth we are found on the
major search engines and on our family of websites. Job seekers
get our information
form trade shows, their college presidents' office and informational
mailings, magazine newspaper ads.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. If you prefer
to be billed please contact us by filling out CONTACT FORM
I have already paid via credit card, but I can't post jobs??
Validation of payment might take 12-24
hrs. You won't able to post jobs after payment. Due
to increasing use of fraudalent credit card we have to wait
12-24 hrs to get answer back from credit card processing company.
Login back into your account after 12-24 hrs and you would
can start
posting
jobs by clicking on "ADD JOBS".
